{"id":502,"date":"2022-02-02T15:30:13","date_gmt":"2022-02-02T20:30:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/?p=502"},"modified":"2022-05-19T13:30:38","modified_gmt":"2022-05-19T18:30:38","slug":"archive-tab","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/blog\/archive-tab\/","title":{"rendered":"Archive Tab"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong><em>\u201cArchive\u201d <\/em><\/strong>tab is where the user can find the <strong><em>\u201cArchive Cases\u201d <\/em><\/strong>(F7) which is where cases that have been set to <strong><em>\u201cFinal Out\u201d <\/em><\/strong>will display in a list (see figure 64) and the user can now archive the case, so the items and information do not show in the application, as well as keep the database clean.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"archive-cases\">Archive cases<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>When a case is completed and there is no more activity, a case can be removed from the active database and transferred to an archive database for permanent storage. Archiving keeps your active database from getting cluttered with cases that have been completed and no longer require attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before a user can <strong><em>\u201cArchive\u201d<\/em><\/strong> a case, they will need to verify the <strong><em>\u201cDate of Disposition\u201d <\/em><\/strong>is listed in the record and <strong><em>ALL <\/em><\/strong>items in the case have been changed to <strong><em>\u201cInactive.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"322\" height=\"366\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ArchiveCases.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-503\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ArchiveCases.png 322w, https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ArchiveCases-264x300.png 264w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 322px) 100vw, 322px\" \/><figcaption>Figure 64<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>If the user wants to archive all cases listed, they only need to select <strong><em>\u201cArchive<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>All.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> If the user only wants to archive one case, they can either highlight the desired case number and click select <strong><em>\u201cArchive One,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> or double click the desired case number.
