{"id":490,"date":"2022-02-02T15:17:30","date_gmt":"2022-02-02T20:17:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/?p=490"},"modified":"2022-05-19T13:31:44","modified_gmt":"2022-05-19T18:31:44","slug":"batch-bin-transfer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/blog\/batch-bin-transfer\/","title":{"rendered":"Batch \/ Bin Transfer"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"batch-bin-transfer\">Batch \/ Bin Transfer<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em>\u201cBatch Bin Transfer\u201d <\/em><\/strong>(see figure 56) is an option for users to move multiple items from a location to another \u201cSINGLE\u201d location i.e., Destruction Bin. This feature is used to record an item transferred from one bin location to another inside the evidence room. The user can transfer multiple items at once as long as they are all going to the same location. The user can add items to the list by either a <strong><em>\u201cTracking Number\u201d<\/em><\/strong> or <strong><em>\u201cCase Number.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> To remove an undesired item from the list, right-click on it and select <strong>\u201cDelete\u201d<\/strong> or the user can simply use the \u201cDelete\u201d key on the keyboard. Items that are assigned an <strong><em>\u201cEvidence Room Location\u201d <\/em><\/strong>and are able to be transferred will appear with a green \u201cCheckmark\u201d in the list. Items that aren\u2019t valid for a <strong><em>\u201cBatch Bin Transfer\u201d<\/em><\/strong> will appear in the list with a red \u201cX.\u201d (See figure 57.)
