Under the file tab are <strong><em>\u201cReset Field Headers,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>\u201cChange Case Number,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>\u201cPrint Shelf Labels (4&#215;1),\u201d<\/em><\/strong> <strong><em>\u201cPrint Shortcut Label (4&#215;3),\u201d<\/em><\/strong> and <strong><em>\u201cExit.\u201d<\/em><\/strong> If the user does not have the proper permissions, the options are limited under the <strong><em>\u201cFile\u201d<\/em><\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"215\" height=\"177\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/FileTab.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-454\"\/><figcaption>Figure 5<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"reset-field-headers\">Reset field headers<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Selecting the <strong><em>\u201cReset Field Headers\u201d<\/em><\/strong> option under the <strong><em>\u201cFile\u201d<\/em><\/strong> tab, will set the field headers on the Evidence Log back to the default header names, i.e., <strong><em>\u201cCAD Number\u201d<\/em><\/strong> will then be changed to <strong><em>\u201cCase Number\u201d <\/em><\/strong>which is the default field header name<strong><em>.<\/em><\/strong> This will change ALL field header names on the Evidence Log back to default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"change-case-number\">Change Case number<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em>\u201cChange Case Number\u201d<\/em><\/strong> option is how the user changes an incorrect case number input into the application. By selecting <strong><em>\u201cChange Case Number,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> a screen will appear (see figure 6).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"424\" height=\"206\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ChangeCaseNumber.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-455\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ChangeCaseNumber.png 424w, https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ChangeCaseNumber-300x146.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 424px) 100vw, 424px\" \/><figcaption>Figure 6<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To change a case number, the user can input either a <strong><em>\u201cTracking Number,\u201d<\/em><\/strong> for single items, or by <strong><em>\u201cCase Number\u201d<\/em><\/strong> to change a case number for all items in a case. &nbsp;If all the items listed have a green checkmark beside them, the user can successfully change the case number by typing the correct case number in the bottom box and selecting <strong><em>\u201cSave.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"print-shelf-labels\">Print shelf labels<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em>\u201cPrint Shelf Labels (4&#215;1)\u201d <\/em><\/strong>(see figure 7) option is for printing ALL shelf labels or to print individual labels. If the user would like to <strong><em>\u201cPrint All Locations,\u201d <\/em><\/strong>which will print all of them automatically. The <strong><em>\u201cEvidence Room Location\u201d<\/em><\/strong> list must have the locations listed and saved for this option to work properly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"387\" height=\"301\" src=\"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ShelfLabels.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-456\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ShelfLabels.png 387w, https:\/\/www.pmievidencetracker.com\/manual\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/ShelfLabels-300x233.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 387px) 100vw, 387px\" \/><figcaption>Figure 7<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"print-shortcut-labels-4x3\">Print Shortcut labels (4&#215;3)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Shortcut labels are best utilized for batching evidence out to someone who takes items often, to place evidence is commonly sent such as <strong><em>\u201cDrug Lab\u201d <\/em><\/strong>or <strong><em>\u201cCourt House,\u201d <\/em><\/strong>and for the same reason.This option enables the user to scan those words into the system instead of typing them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; To create a shortcut label, select <strong><em>\u201cPrint Shortcut Labels (4&#215;3)\u201d <\/em><\/strong>under the <strong><em>\u201cFile\u201d<\/em><\/strong> tab, a new window will appear (see figure 8).
