My Printer Light is Red

First things first.
Try turning it off, pulling out the power plug, putting it back in, and turning it on.  Did that fix the problem?

Try Resetting The Factory Defaults. Here are instructions for XP computers and Vista / 7 computers. If your printer driver does not have a Tools tab contact PMI Evidence Tracker support and let them know you need help resetting the defaults with the old driver.

Did it turn red right after printing a label?
If the the steps above did not resolve the issue, please contact PMI Evidence Tracker support. It’s important that you let them know it turned red right after you printed a label.  One of the field lengths in the template may be causing the error. This information will help support resolve your issue much faster.
